14 I - Dorm RA

I have become pretty good friends with, Rocko, one of the CC’s in my building, Farhnam ,so I asked him how to become a CC or a RA for the building. He said that it is advised that you attend hall council meetings and participate in attending programs around campus when it comes time to apply for a resident advisor. You need to apply on the Southern website and have a resume. Then after the applications are tallied you will have a one on one interview with a hall director and as well a group interview to show how well you apply yourself around others. Also, there are a lot of benefits of being a CC or a RA and some of them are that you get to have your own room to yourself, and you also get paid every two weeks.
